Side effects of Life.

Everyone's tolerances for life vary, please be careful and adjust your dosage as necessary. Some side effects may occur. Do not be overly alarmed if you do not experience all of the possible side effects as everyone has different reactions.
1. Joy. Now, everyone may experience joy. Do not be alarmed as this effect is strictly beneficial. Usually expresses itself as a bubbly feeling around the heart area that releases itself in a variety of ways, often laughter results, but smiles are very common also.
2. Anger. This is a potentially dangerous side effect. Often when you experience this tight and hot effect, you must remove yourself from that aspect of life which caused it. This is suggested to avoid confrontations which can lead to very regrettable actions. Physical violence and damaging words are among the most common manifestations.
3. Pain. Now there are 2 basic types of pain, the physical pain and the emotional pain. Avoidance is recommended only in special cases. Life is not to be overly restricted to avoid all pain as without pain, beneficial side effects are sometimes lost.
4. Sadness. Often caused by emotional and physical pain, tears are the most common symptom. It is recommended that sadness be expressed immediately as repressing this can cause the more dangerous depression which is often difficult to treat. Again, life must not be avoided in these cases.

5. Pride. Pride in proper doses is very important to a good life. Without this sense of achievement, some side effects are permanent. This is often felt as a kind of glowing feeling caused when others pay attention to achievements.
6. Jealousy. This is a very bad side effect. Too much jealousy can cause you to miss life as it happens to you. You can not concentrate on life as it happens to another, you must concentrate on your own and how to improve it.
7. Frustration. This often occurs when too much life happens all at one time. When this happens, it is suggested that life be divided into smaller segments. If this is done successfully, it can lead to a healthier feeling of pride. Note, this side effect is often experienced as a tendency to withdraw from life, and this should be avoided at all costs.
8. Peace. This is often experienced during slower periods of life. It is felt as a dreamy kind of contentment that allows you to concentrate on small things in a way that you never had time for before. Often called smelling the roses.
9. Hate. This is a terrible result that occurs when frustration and jealousy are left untreated for long periods of time. It is often expressed in the same unhealthy manner as anger, and should be avoided at all costs. The price you pay for hurting another is very high.
10. Love. The most important side effect of all. If you are not experiencing love, you must look at increasing your dose of life. This is generally a feeling that your heart is so full it is just short of bursting. I hope you all have this particular side effect.
